Comment commander : 
1) Confirmez vos options et obtenez un prix sur la liste des produits.
2) Passez la commande. 
3) Nous enverrons les informations du destinataire après avoir reçu votre commande. 
4) Prenez votre temps pour nous envoyer votre empreinte dentaire et fournir le numéro de suivi du colis.
5) Après avoir reçu votre colis, nous vérifierons et confirmerons le calendrier de production pour vous.
6) Après avoir terminé le produit, nous expédierons la commande dès que possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Exchanges / Refunds will be given up to 30 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. 

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions

  • The return must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn and resell-able condition.
  • The item must be returned with its original packing. 

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.

DUTIES & Taxes

We ship to over 220+ countries worldwide! When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so, a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the total order including original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Normal customs clearance is 1 business day.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they abandon or return it to the sender.

Please note that orders subject to any sales promotion will be taxed at the true commercial value rather than the 100% discount of the item(s).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico may require additional payment and shipping time.
  • Store credit may be issued for items out of stock. Refunds for out of stock items will be issued upon request.
  • In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representative.
  • EC CUSTOM is closed on weekends and all major holidays. But you can email us if you have any quesion, we will reply as soon as we can.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.
  • EC CUSTOM reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
  • Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, either USPS, Canada Post or DHL, UPS, FedEx EC CUSTOM is not liable for lost packages.
  • If you encounter any fulfillment issues with your order, you have 30 days from delivery date to contact us to request a resolution

  • Economic: 5 – 12 Business Days  
  • Standard: 3 – 6 Business Days (Charge extra fee)

*Note: We will choose carrier from DHL, UPS,  FedEx or 4PX according to the actual situation. If we have a new carrier, it will be added on this page.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

After you place your order, we will get ready and ship your package in 48 hours ( Items of “Make to order” take 12-16 days ). Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Or messaged via SMS if the phone number is added to your order. If you don’t receive this, please check your spam folder.

Order & Receive Kit: When you place your order, the company immediately sends you an Impression Kit.

Make Your Mold: The kit contains everything you need to make a dental impression at home. You will receive a step-by-step guide, but the key is precision. You mix the putty, bite down firmly, and create a detailed mold of your teeth.

Send us the mold and order your favorite grillz: Before you ship anything back, you must confirm the quality of your mold. A perfect mold equals a perfect fit.

Order your favorite grillz: Go to our site to order the one grillz you want.

Production: Once they receive your approved mold, the crafting begins. The manufacturing process takes about 3-4 weeks. The team will keep you updated, confirming each step to make sure the design matches your vision.

FAQs

Do grillz cause permanent damage to your teeth?

No, if they are high quality. Grillz themselves do not damage teeth. However, your hygiene habits do. If you don't clean your grillz regularly, bacteria and food buildup can lead to bad breath or yellowing. The grillz are just the accessory; your cleaning routine protects your teeth.

Can I eat or drink with them in?

It is a personal preference, but it is not suggested. Eating or drinking with grillz in can trap particles and sugars against your teeth. If you do, you must deep clean both your teeth and the grillz immediately afterward to avoid smells and bacteria.

How are grillz supposed to fit?

They should fit tightly against your teeth like a second skin. They might feel a little unusual at first, but they should never cause pain in your gums, teeth, or jaw. If they hurt, the fit is incorrect.

Can grillz straighten my teeth?

 Absolutely not. Grillz are cast from a mold of your current teeth. They are designed to fit snugly without applying pressure. If your grillz feel like they are moving your teeth, they are poorly made and should not be worn.
