*Note: We will choose carrier from DHL, UPS,  FedEx or 4PX  according to the actual situation. If we have a new carrier, it will be added on this page.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

After you place your order, we will get ready and ship your package in 48 hours ( Items of “Make to order” take 12-16 days ). Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Or messaged via SMS if the phone number is added to your order. If you don’t receive this, please check your spam folder. 

We offer 3rd Party Insurance service via Route – which will cover any issue that may occur during shipment of your order. You can select Route at the checkout page for insurance on your order. For more information click here.

PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID-19 crisis we are currently shipping as normal and we will endeavour to update all customers if there are any changes to this. However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times. Please refer to your tracking for further info.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to eccustomjewelry@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Returns & Refund

  • Exchanges / Refunds will be given up to 7 days from when the product was received, only some of the items can be returned & refunded (Details below), because we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the personalized nature of most our jewelry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason unless the product is damaged due to transportation. You need to provide proof that the product is damaged when you receive then feedback to us asap.
  • Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. 
  • EC CUSTOM does not provide prepaid shipping labels. 
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • If you want to exchange within the return window for a different size or style, you can return the item for store credit and place a new order for the size or style that you desire. 
  • There is no restocking fee for items returned for store credit.
  • EC CUSTOM will provide domestic prepaid return labels only in the event that we have made a mistake. Example: If EC CUSTOM were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry.
  • Once a return is approved, customers have 3 days to send back their purchase.  Returns postmarked after 3 days will be refused and sent back at the customers expense.
  • Custom and solid gold items are not subject to return, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. 

Sale Items
Sale items can be returned for exchange / store credit only. We do not offer refunds on any sale items.

All  Enamels, 925s and Moissanite Items are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements.

All Grillz Items are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements.

All Made-to-Order Item sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements.

All Watches are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, After purchasing, we will provide you with a watch band opener for you to adjust its size.

DUTIES & Taxes

We ship to over 220+ countries worldwide! When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so, a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the total order including original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Normal customs clearance is 1 business day.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they abandon or return it to the sender.

Please note that orders subject to any sales promotion will be taxed at the true commercial value rather than the 100% discount of the item(s).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico may require additional payment and shipping time.
  • Store credit may be issued for items out of stock. Refunds for out of stock items will be issued upon request.
  • In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representative.
  • EC CUSTOM is closed on weekends and all major holidays. But you can email us if you have any quesion, we will reply as soon as we can.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.
  • EC CUSTOM reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
  • Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, either USPS, Canada Post or DHL, UPS, FedEx EC CUSTOM is not liable for lost packages.
  • If you encounter any fulfillment issues with your order, you have 7 days from delivery date to contact us to request a resolution
